Private villa with heated swimming pool (8 metres x 4 metres) and big terrace with BBQ and views to the sea. Ideal for a family, it has four bedrooms. Situated on the touristic quiet town called Callao Salvaje, ten minutes driving from Playa de las Américas. Callao has a few favorite cabaret bars that show all the big sporting events, hold quiz nights, and provide some song and dance with the ever popular karaoke machine. The two most popular bars are "The Three Horse Shoes" and "Beckhams" providing entertainment well into the midnight hour.

Environment: The villa is within walking distance of the village, where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. There is a lido in nearby Playa Paraiso or sandy beaches are only 10 minutes drive. Excluded: Pets. Local sports: Adeje Golf 5 minutes from the house, diving, swimming. Special Notes: a car is essential.
