This lovely house recently restored with spectacular views is situated an area protected by the government (no new buildings there) but it’s driving 12 minutes to Puerto de la Cruz, a family tourist town near the sea, with all it's restaurants and shops. Enjoy the silence of the beautiful sunsets from the villa terrace.

Environment: Situated on a quiet area, ideal for quiet walks, surrounded by banana plantations and situated on the coast, which is warm all year round.
