All bookings are accepted by the Company, and arrangements are made, subject to the conditions imposed by the owners of property. The Company is not liable to any client for any loss, damage, injury, cancellation or any additional expense suffered by the client, or any cause beyond the Company´s control.

It is the client´s responsibility to ensure that all passports and travel documents are in order. In the case of any passe

nger being unable to travel because of failure in this respect, no refunds can be made and passengers shall indemnify the Company against any payments, fines or levies that may be imposed upon us in this respect.

CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY

Circumstances beyond our control may make necessary to cancel a holiday. In such cases all the money shall be refunded in full and, upon tendering of this money, the liabilities and responsibility of the Company shall cease.
