Departure towards Santa Cruz de Tenerife, the capital of the island, making a stop in the town centre for shopping. At about midday we set off towards Taganana, firstly passing the fishing village of San Andrés, then taking the Bailadero road, from where we have beautiful panoramic views of the white sandy beach at Las Teresitas. After this, we continue on to the Anaga mountain range, where we can appreciate the vast forests of the area and then down towards the hamlet of Taganana. On arrival, there is free time for lunch or picnic (optional, not included) and a visit to the village. Following this, we drive up to the Mercedes mountains (600 mt above sea level) until reaching La Laguna, and then turn onto the northern motorway to head back towards Puerto de la Cruz.
