Ref.: G-R-04 VIVIENDA DE TURISMO VACACIONAL Hermigua-La Gomera. Beautiful 18th century house on two floors recently restored and redecorated with quality furniture. Many plants and banana plantations arround the house. La Gomera is an unspoilt island ideal for resting.

General: House linen and towels provided. TV. Washing machine. Outdoors: Terrace with outdoor furniture. Sleeps: 8. Local recommended restaurants: Restaurante El Silbo, Restaurante Las Chácaras (Valle Alto). Environment: Quiet village with lots of easy walks and squares to sit down and read. Situated close to a natural swimming pool, not far from the beach, 2 Km away. Excluded: Pets. Local Sports: Swimming, walking, trekking. Special Notes: A car is essential if you want to get around the island.

Extra person (on double bedroom):
All seasons	£ 7.20 + 8 € / night
Final cleaning	£ 6.30 + 7 € per extra person per booking
If you wish to use extra double bedrooms as individual use, the final Cleaning would be + € 10 per extra person per booking
Minimum booking: 5 nights (3 nights if the whole house is booked)
Payment Method - To confirm the booking, we require 30% deposit, balance due is payable 2 weeks prior to arrival (both to the owners account directly) - If you wish to have extra cleaning during your stay, that can be possible and payable on arrival - Depending the number of people you book, the rest of the bedrooms unoccupied will be closed. - Children under two sleeping on cot on their parents rooms is free. - If a booking is cancelled the following day of confirming the booking, all monies will be given back - If a booking is cancelled between 30 and 16 days prior to your arrival date, a 30% of expenses will be charged from the total amount - If a booking is cancelled 10 days prior to your arrival date, a monies will be refunded.
