This house offers a dream of a home difficult to describe. It was built in 1994 by a German artist giving the house style in the line of the artist Cesar Manrique, no longer here. In 2006 the house was redesigned and refurbished to make an ideal place for holidays. The house has an advantage of being 3 minutes walk from the exclusive Puerto Calero, with its luxury yachts and non massified beaches. Only 3 minutes walking from the best Spa on the Island (SPA Talasoterapia Terma Europa). The famous tourist village of Puerto del Carmen is only 8 minutes driving from there. |

Environment: Quiet and tranquil in-spite of being so near the harbour of Puerto Calero.
Pets: Not allowed.
Local Sports: All sea sports. Horse and Camel riding.
Special Notes: A car is not essential but recommended.
