Lanzarote South: due to its location, this is an extraordinary rural house, just next to the sea, with a panoramic view to the Atlantic and has an antique style, it has belonged to the same family for generations. Formerly it was a family summer home and has been restored recently. The house has a private pool (4 metres x 2 metres) in the patio, also a direct access to a small natural pool, whose waters are renewed every time the tide comes in. The privileged situation of the house, where the sound of the sea marks the rhythm of the easy going life, helps to enjoy tranquil breakfasts and outdoor evening meals with spectacular sunsets. The style of this  Country House near the sea is simple and functional, with a central patio surrounded by all the rooms. Located in a quiet fishing village; the best fresh fish of the Island is enjoyed in its many restaurants. The house is situated in a fishing village, near many fish restaurants where you can enjoy the best fish of the island.

Bedroom: Bedrooms: 3 (1 double + 2 twin) each with ensuite shower room. Shower rooms: 3. Sitting Rooms: 1 (with Sat TV). Kitchen: One with hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, juicer.

General: house linen provided. Cot available if required. Outdoors: 120 sqm. Patio with sea view and pool of 4 x 2 m. Steps lead to a natural pool. There is outdoor table and chairs, sun-beds, private access to the sea, parking. Sleeps: 6. Local recommended restaurants: please refer to us. Environment: This house is located in the fishing village of “El Golfo”, at 50 metres from various restaurants. 70 metres away there is a small supermarket, although for big shopping is better to visit Yaiza or Playa Blanca. The beautiful and quiet sand beach is only 300 metres away. Excluded: Pets. Local Sports: scuba diving, cycling, tennis, walking, sports complex, swimming, bird watching, flora & fauna Special notes: a car is not necessary to move at El Golfo little village, but recommended to move on the island.
