These rural homes are the result of the renovation (carried out in November 2000) of houses whose origins go back to the year 1512. This construction of traditional Canarian architecture is isolated and surrounded by indigenous vegetation and is mainly based on the cultivation of Strelitzias and fruit. It is offered as individual property that makes up a part of the registered estate. There are three houses for exclusive use. Two of these have two double bedrooms, for a maximum capacity of four people. The third is a studio for two people. All have a dining room, kitchen, bathroom, external patio and vegetable garden. |

Bath rooms: 1 in each house with hairdryer.
Sitting Rooms: 1 in each house with TV Astra Satelite.
Kitchens: 1 equipped in each house. |

General:
Cleaning and change of sheets: once a week. Change of towels: every two days. Iron and table provided.
Outdoors: Garden, terrace with outdoor furniture. The “finca” is strategically placed in a quiet area of Breña Alta a few minutes driving from the sea and from a spa with sauna, Turkish bath, gymnasium, rocodrome, etc.
Sleeps: South House: 4. East House: 4 Studio: 2.
Local recommended restaurants: Rest. Chips-Chipe, Rest Las Nieves, Rest. Los Almendros.
Environment: Quiet area, surrounded of plants and trees.
Pets: Not allowed.
Local Sports: Trekking, Rowing, Paragliding, Diving.
Special Notes: A car is recommended. |
