House with garden and pool ideal for a family. House with 2 bedrooms, situated on ground level leading to a very spacious terrace of approx. 120 m² with a pool of 8 x 4 m and BBQ. There you can enjoy a wonderful 180º panoramic view over the north coast of the Atlantic, just about 300 m away. The sun, shines almost the whole day on the terrace, from mid-morning until sunset.

Bedroom: 2 (1 double + 1 twin). Shower rooms: 2 with shower hydro massage system. Sitting Rooms: 1 with Sat TV, DVD, CD player. Kitchen: Coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, oven, electric orange squeezer, sandwich toaster.

General: Bed linen, hand-towels, bath-towels and tea towels are provided. Cot provided if requested. Washing machine available. Outdoors: Garden and terrace provides outdoor furniture, sun-lounges, and a charcoal grill. Sleeps: 4. Environment: El Sauzal is a quiet elegant village with excellent weather and temperature all year round, well known for its wine (it has the famous Casa del Vino - House of Wine -) and lovely authentic restaurants. It is also very well known the Farmer´s market to purchase the wine, and the tasty vegetables and fresh fruit of the area. The distance to Tenerife South airport is around 80km on a very good motorway, and about 20km to the north airport. It is around 35km to the capital Santa Cruz and 15km to Puerto de la Cruz. The bus stop is only 50 metres away and takes you to El Sauzal and La Laguna stations, from where you can go to any part of the Island.
