Lovely independent 200 sqm house, with 4 bedrooms, a 120 sqm garden, BBQ and small pool, located at a quiet residential area.

General: Bed linen, hand-towels, bath-towels and tea towels are provided. Cot provided if requested. Washing machine available. Outdoors: Overground circular pool 3.5 metres diameter. Garden and terrace provides outdoor furniture, sun-lounges, and a charcoal grill. Sleeps: 6. Environment: El Sauzal is a quiet elegant village with excellent weather and temperature all year round, well known for its wine (it has the famous Casa del Vino - House of Wine -) and lovely authentic restaurants. It is also very well known the Farmer´s market to purchase the wine, and the tasty vegetables and fresh fruit of the area. The distance to Tenerife South airport is around 80 km on a very good motorway, and about 20 km to the north airport. It is around 35 km to the capital Santa Cruz and 15 km to Puerto de la Cruz. The bus stop is only 50 metres away and takes you to El Sauzal and La Laguna stations, from where you can go to any part of the Island. Local Recommended restaurants: Restaurant Los Angeles, La Ermita, El Riego, Casa de El Vino. Excluded: Pets. Local Sports: Golf, walking, bird watching, swimming, tennis.
