New Villa inaugurated on August 2006 with private pool, BBQ, garden with ping-pong table and verandas overlooking the sea, situated on a quiet area of San Juan de la Rambla, doubtless one of the most representative places of Tenerife because of its beauty and peaceful atmosphere.
This coastal area has a lovely pathway from which one can contemplate the sea, which can be directly reached from one of the terraces. The villa has 130 sq.m. building, with totally new furnishing and careful attention to detail. The swimming pool is 7 x 3 metres (not heated) with sun beds and BBQ for the enjoyment of placid sunny days. |

Environment: Only four minutes driving from some local typical restaurants and a natural pool. The villa is only 15 minutes driving from the tourist family town of Puerto de la Cruz, with its famous avenues near the sea and its fishing port atmosphere.
