Private villa with private pool in the sunny south of Tenerife. This big villa of 440 sq m and 1.200 sq m of land situated on the exclusive golf village of Golf Del Sur offers many luxury details to enjoy a quality holiday: leather seating, heated pool (from October to April), air conditioned, Sat TV, Video player, DVD player, music system, bar area, kingsize bed on ensuite bedrooms, etc. The villa has 5 bedrooms (two ensuite), 3 bathrooms, large dinning-sitting room, fully equipped kitchen, two terraces with outdoor furniture, one of them with direct access to the pool to enjoy outdoor al fresco meals. The well maintained garden is situated around the large pool of 10 m x 5 m which has a night cover. The villa is situated at walking distance to a Comercial center and many different restaurants.

Outdoors: The patio has two sets of tables and chairs for outside dining and a gas BBQ is provided for alfresco meals. Take away local restaurants on the area. Situated only a few minutes from a new sea avenue. Sleeps: 10 Local recommended restaurants: La Strada, Indian Restaurant, Las Tapas, Gullivers Grill House. Environment: The Golf del Sur village is situated in the south of Tenerife about 10 minutes from the airport, that means that on the garden area you will hear some aircraft noise during the busy hours. The club house for Golf del Sur golf course is only 5 minutes walking. The village offers many different restaurants, bars, cafés and supermarkets. There are many Taxi stops on the area and the Bus service taking you to Playa de las Américas or the beautifull north of the island is excellent and regular. Excluded: Pets. Local Sports: golf, tennis, walking, horse riding, bird watching, stars watching. Special Notes: a car is not essential. Self catering property.
