This is a family villa ideal for a really nice and relaxing holiday. Its situation is definitely the best option to enjoy the silence of the area and the breath-taking views of the Valley. The garden is well maintained, as well as its swimming pool solar heated in summer and in addition by heat pump in winter, pool temperature minimum 25ºC al year and the decoration inside is soft and nice, creating an atmosphere of tranquillity which guests will appreciate. The terrace is ideal for outdoor meals and the partially covered sitting room is the ideal place to enjoy a cup of tea having direct views to the garden. The villa is situated between Puerto de la Cruz and Santa Ursula, just 10 minutes driving to the city centre, the sea avenues and the wonderful atmosphere of Puerto de la Cruz. . The nearest restaurant is one minute driving from the house, there are although take away restaurants on the area. The nearest supermarket is 3 minutes away from there.

Environment: The house is situated on a quiet and pleasant area only 10 minutes driving to Puerto de la Cruz, a family tourist town with the entire local atmosphere. Beautiful plazas and cafés, harbour, sea-side boulevard. Spanish local fresh fish restaurants and the feeling that you are enjoying the real Tenerife.
