This villa is situated at a beautiful quiet village overlooking the ocean, with private pool 8 metres x 3 metres and 100 m2 terrace. This detached villa is set on the cliffs with the most dramatic views of Mountain Teide. It has a large beautifully furnished sitting room with satellite TV and BBC channels. There are 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms with a hydro shower cabinet and a large separate dinning room with further seating area and office. The kitchen is fully equipped and modern.
There is a large bar area next to the swimming pool and an enclosed walled garden with lawn and fish pond. The villa is furnished on a contemporary style with fully tiled floors and tinted windows to keep it wonderfully cool in the heat of the day.
There is a large tiled sun terrace on the front, ideal to watch the glorious sunsets. Broadband Internet connection and telephone. |

Environment: This house is situated on a quiet residential area 12 minutes driving from Puerto de la Cruz, a tourist village with many fresh fish restaurants and the entire local atmosphere and its beaches and the famous Lago Martiánez. Only 10 minutes from the house you can find the Mesa del Mar beach and only 9 minutes walking from the house you can find a very good restaurant. To rent a car is essential to stay at this property.
