Villa with terrace in Puerto de la Cruz. Absolutely new quality house inside a banana plantation on a quiet and picturesque area of Puerto de la Cruz. The advantage is that it is situated near a banana plantation but 450 metres walking to a bus stop and 700 metres from a couple of restaurants. There are two independent houses, each with terrace, double bedroom, shower room; and ample sitting room with kitchen. Everything is absolutely new, as it was finished restored and furnished on November 07. All the rooms have views to the outside banana plantations and wooden ceilings. Only four minutes driving from the beach and Lake Martiánez, a complex of swimming pool (also heated pool) and restaurants near the sea. Bedrooms::  2 double. Shower room: 2. Sitting Rooms: 1 with TV, DVD. Two Quality sofa-beds. Kitchen: Both kitchens have oven, vitro, fridge, toaster, coffee-machine, kettle and all the usual utensils found in a kitchen.

General: House linen & enough towels provided. Washing machine. Cot +high chair available if required. Outdoors: The terrace has outdoor furniture for outside breakfasts, sun beds. Sleeps: 4 / 6. Environment: Situated on the limit between Puerto de la Cruz and La Orotava, it is the perfect place to move to any place on the island due to its excellent communications. Local Recommended restaurants: Restaurant Los Perales, Restaurant Casa Lala. Excluded: Pets. Local Sports: Tennis, walking, horse riding, bird watching, stars watching, golf. Special Notes: A car is not essential but recommended. There is a bus stop 450 metres from the finca (a bus stops there each ½ hour). Self catering property. Cleaning once a week.
