LARGE
PRIVATE VILLA WITH 2 POOLS AND SPECTACULAR VIEWS TO THE SEA.
Private Villa with 1 large and 1 small pool divided on two levels,
so it is ideal for a big family or a group of friends. The house
has spectacular views to the sea and the coast; it lies about 100
m above sea level. According to the season, you can pick fruit from
the garden, like lemons, oranges, mangoes or bananas.
First level has 200 sqm, with a lovely garden and small pool. There
is a sitting room, a dining room, four bedrooms (two double, one
twin and one single), two shower-rooms with hydro massage, a kitchen
(4-ring gas hob, fridge/freezer, oven and dishwasher), and a laundry
room, where a washing machine is installed. One of the bedrooms
has a ensuite bathroom and TV.
Ground level is a 65 sqm area with living room (a large TV with
DVD, and a CD-Player), an open kitchen (cooker with 4 plates),
a dining corner, a double bedroom, a shower room and a 120 sqm sun
terrace with the 8 x 4 m pool. From here there is a wonderful view over the
Atlantic, just about 300 m away, also 180º panoramic view of the north coast
of Tenerife. The sun shines almost the whole day on the terrace, from mid-morning until sunset.

Environment: El Sauzal is a quiet elegant
village with an excellent weather and temperature all year round,
well known for its wine (it has the famous Casa del Vino - House
of Wine -) and lovely authentic restaurants. It is also very well
known the Farmer´s market to purchase the wine, and the tasty
vegetables and fresh fruit of the area.
The distance to Tenerife South airport is around 80km on a very good motorway, and about 20km to the north airport. It is around 35km to the capital Santa Cruz and 15km to Puerto de la Cruz.
The bus stop is only 50 metres away and takes you to El Sauzal and La Laguna stations, from where you can go to any part of the Island.
Local Recommended restaurants: Restaurant Los Angeles, La Ermita, El Riego, Casa de El Vino.
