A beautiful modern spacious 3 bedroom private villa sleeping up to 7 in the most prestigious holiday area of Tenerife. On a quiet road literally 5-10 minute walk from the famous Bahía Del Duque beach. The villa offers a large spacious lounge with internal dining for 6 linking to an ultra modern kitchen via a connecting breakfast bar. It also has its own private pool and sun terraces. Fully air conditioned throughout, there are bathrooms for each bedroom with the master suite enjoying its own private facilities. The beautiful private pool and sun deck/ patio / terrace area also features a large outdoor dining table with 8 seats and an electrically powered remote controlled sun shade, and in the corner a further two large comfortable arm chairs with table. A perfect place to chill out at the end of the day.

Bedrooms: 3. (1 Master Suite with double bed and private terrace, 2 rooms with twin large single beds.) Patio door to garden/seating area. Space for roll out bed suitable for child/teenager. Bathrooms: 2 Bath/shower rooms adjacent to twin bedrooms. En-suite to Master bedroom with double shower.
Kitchen: Electric oven, halogen hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and all the necessary cooking utensils. Sitting-living room: 42" Plasma TV with all 5 UK channels plus movie Channel. Sat TV, WiFi broadband connection. CD/DVD/HiFi unit with iPod connection. 2 x 3 seat sofa and 6 seat indoor dining table. General: Air-conditioning. Cot, high chair. Linen and towels are included and changed weekly. Beach towels are also provided. Laundry section with laundry washing sink and washing machine. Iron-ironing-board. Lower ground floor with double garage and games area with air-hockey table. There are stairs to access the property so may not be suitable for more elderly/infirm guests. Also due to unguarded pool and three storey height may not be suitable for young toddlers. Outdoors: The beautiful private pool and sun deck/patio/terrace area also features a large outdoor dining table with 8 seats and an electrically powered remote controlled sun shade, and in the corner a further two large comfortable arm chairs with the top floor master suite enjoying its own sun deck with its own 4x3m Sun Shade.
