This one level house is ideal to rest. From a big villa, there is a 55 Sqm. apartment (with own independent entrance from the main house) a terrace with direct access to the garden and pool, and all the views of Teide and Puerto with the sea beyond. You have the exclusive use of the pool, because the owner, a single bank employee never uses it and is always outside. Portable barbecue. A car is not essential, as it is situated at walking distance (220 metres from some restaurants, small supermarket and bus stop, every half an hour a bus going to central Puerto or beach, which is only 14 minutes walking, 3 minutes by car. The house has Wide band Internet access. Ample sitting room with Sat TV (TFT-LCD 32‰), DVD, CD. Shelves with books to enjoy. Double bedroom, small separate kitchen (electric oven, toaster, kettle, etc), shower room. The furniture is simple but functional.

Bedroom: 1 with a double bed. Small extra bed for child. Lounge: 1 with Sat TV, DVD, CD. Bathrooms: 1 with shower. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen (Fridge-freezer, electric stove, oven, toaster, coffee machine, etc. ) & all the necessary cooking utensils.
