Country house with pool, large garden & BBQ in the countryside of Tenerife.
This is a villa on canary style with two independent houses for rent, ideal for a country holiday, although there are two restaurants and a supermarket 40 metres from the house and only a short drive of 8 minutes to the safe beach of San Marcos, where you can swim and eat fresh fish all year round. It is situated in a quiet area of Icod de los Vinos in the north of Tenerife and is just 25 minutes from Puerto de la Cruz, a family tourist town to enjoy the real Tenerife. The house is also ideal for golfers as it is just 16km from the new golf course at Buenavista. Both houses share pool and garden. House 2 is ideal only for a family, as it has a wide sitting room and kitchen on the same area, two open attics working as double bedrooms, a single bedroom, a shower room and a terrace.

Facilities

	Bedrooms: 2 double open attics. Shower rooms: 1 Sitting Rooms: 1 with TV (not Sat). Kitchen: 1 with gas hob, toaster, squeezer, coffee machine, and all necessary utensils.

	General: General: House linen & enough towels provided. Cot provided if requested. Outdoors: Parking. Swimming- pool shared with small House 1, not heated. The nearest restaurant and supermarket is 40 minutes from there. Sleeps: 4. Environment: The house is situated on a quiet area and pleasant area only 5 minutes driving to Icod de los Vinos, a lively comercial town with the entire local atmosphere and only 10 minutes to the San Macos Beach. Local Recommended Restaurants: Please refer to us. Excluded: Pets. Local Sports: golf, walking, bird watching, stars watching. Special Notes: a car is essential. Self catering property.
