This 60 m2 house of stone, totally new with a private pool and BBQ, is situated in a privileged location in South Tenerife in a rural area of Candelaria, ideal for those who need to be away from worldly hassle. Here the silence and tranquillity are to understand what the house has to offer: not to be isolated but sufficiently set apart from noisy roads and to have the opportunity of enjoying a marvellous climate the whole year round. The private pool 7,40 m x 3,8 m is surrounded by a garden with sun beds, perfect for relaxation. The area offers attractive paths for taking long evening walks. The nearest restaurant is 1 Km away.
Situated in the heights of Candelaria with views of the town and the sea. It´s 7 minutes by car from the well-known Basilica de Candelaria and its beach, restaurants and shops, 4 minutes take you to the highway where you can go in the direction of Santa Cruz or the opposite way towards Los Cristianos & Playa de Las Américas. |
