FACILITIES

This is a very private 70 m² with private terrace of 35 m² with own private pool and BBQ, situated in the Southern part of the Island, 25 minutes drive from the airport, up in the small, peaceful village of Arico. The house has a wide hall on the entrance with sofa bed, a sitting room, a double bedroom and two shower rooms. It is tastefully furnished throughout. Walking 40 metres there is one well known restaurant.

Bedrooms: 1 double + sofa bed on the ample hall. Bathrooms: 2 with shower. Sitting room: 1 with Sat. TV + DVD. Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, vitro, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, juice maker.

General: Sheets and plenty towels available. Washing machine, iron, ironing table. Cot available if required. Outdoors: Very private terrace with outdoor furniture and sun-beds. BBQ. Sleeps: 2/3 people. Local recommended Restaurants: Casa Lala (Arico), Casa Lola y Casa Manolo (El Poris).
Environment: Situated near the Poris de Abona mountains, you will find the quiet and well maintained village of Arico el Nuevo. Perfect for anybody that wishes for peace and quietness or as a base for walkers exploring the surroundings and the coast. Distance to the nearest restaurant: 25 metres, supermarket is 500 metres away. Local Sports: Trekking, Paragliding, Horse riding, Mountain Bike. Special Note: a car is recommended but not essential.
