This house with private swimming-pool is characterized for amazing views of the banana plantations, the sea and the town of Puerto de la Cruz, in the protected territory of El Rincón. Its proximity to the sea and the quietness make this house ideal for anyone wanting peaceful holiday on the coast but only 10 minutes by car from Puerto, with its fishing atmosphere. The time seems to stand still, while you delight watching the people pass and the waves coming up the shore. The house was built making the most of its elevated situation, so that from the swimming-pool you can admire the wonderful views of the Valley of Orotava, the Teide peak and the sea. It has a very ample terrace with BBQ for outdoor meals and ideal corners in which to read. Swimming-pool 7 m x 4 m x 1,5 deep.

The house has a cove used as a wine cellar that has been restored, ideal to use in summer. |
