Attached house 250 sqm, with private pool in Adeje, with views to the sea at Costa Adeje. The best part about the house is without doubt its beautiful veranda 300 sqm and very ample. Also pool is 9 x 5 metres, and plenty of space to sunbathe. House is part of a group of detached houses, this one being on a corner and the only one with veranda and pool. This is a quiet non-tourist area and the house within walking distance of some restaurants and supermarkets and 200 metres to the centre of the town so don´t need to hire a car. (In the basement of the house is a garage) The house interior decoration is totally oriental, hence its name. On the ground floor we find a lounge which leads directly to the porch and the veranda. It also has a totally equipped kitchen as well as loo. On the first floor we find 2 bedrooms, one double bed and the other has 2 single beds, plus two bathrooms, one of which is a hidro-massage. On the second floor is one more bedroom with double bed and lots of space, plus terrace of 20 sqm.

Bedrooms:: 3 (2 double + 1 with twin beds 2 extra beds available). Bathrooms: 2 (1 en-suite) + 1 Loo. Sitting Rooms: 1 with 42'' Sat TV, DVD & musical equipment. Double sofa-bed. Kitchen: 1 fully equipped with electric kitchen, oven, heater, juice maker, sandwich maker, microwave, toaster, electric coffee percolator, and everything essential for cooking.

General: sheets and towels included. Washing machine, iron/ironing board, cot & chair available on request. Cleaning service twice a week. Change of sheets once a week. Welcome basket of fruit and water. Veranda with pool 9 x 5 metres. Outside terrace with furniture for meals al fresco. Outdoors: Large Terrace with outdoor furniture and deckchairs. Open air 20sqm fenced area with artificial grass, including outdoor games for children. Sleeps: 10. Environment: Situated in the town of Adeje, 2 Km from the new Golf Course of Costa Adeje, and 200 metres to centre of town. Restaurant and Supermarkets at 100 metres. Its 18 minutes from the Airport and the best beaches on the Island are only 3 Km away. Local Recommended restaurants: Oasis, La Vieja, Casa Pancho. Excluded: Pets. No extra guests in the house and no parties. Local Sports: Aquatic sports, deep-sea diving, Tennis, Golf, Karting. Special Notes: A car is not essential but recommended for sightseeing around the island.
