Playa de las Américas (Torviscas Alto). This apartment with views is in a small condominium called Parque del Conde. It is on the first floor of three, situated over the block’s garage. Access is via stairs and walkway from the block reception or via a lift direct from the garage. The accommodation totals approx 65 sq metres internally, with 15 sq metres of balcony.

Bedrooms: 1 Double + 1 Twin.
Bathrooms: 1 with electric shaver point.
Lounge/Dinning area: Has a 3 seater sofa bed (that converts to 2 single beds), 2 wicker arm chairs, coffee table and a circular glass topped table (seats 4).
Kitchen: Full electric cooker (oven, grill, 4 rings), cooker hood, kettle, toaster, and electric juicer (fresh orange juice is essential!). Fridge with small ice box. Saucepans, frying pan, cutlery, kitchen knives, cups, glasses, tea set, coffee pot and plates. Extras: Cafétière, egg cups, jugs for the Pimm’s or sangria, cocktail shaker, and pizza wheel.
Outdoors: 15 m2 terrace with outdoor furniture (table+6 chairs and two sun loungers). The views are to the South west over the coast to the La Gomera, or back inland to the towering Roques del Conde and beyond. The sun catches the balcony in the morning, then goes round behind the block. |

General: Bath towells for 6. Bed linen for 4 are provided. There is a mini hi-fi with CD player, cassette and stereo radio – bring your own music. Washing-machine, iron and ironing board. Radio alarm. Strong box (not a full safe).

Environment: Mini Market, bar & newspapers 300 mtrs away. Pizza in the block, Chinese 1 km. A full gym is available at the Aqua spa, 1 km away. Water and sky park 2 Km away.
Local Sports less than 15 Km: Tennis, golf, diving, sports complex, swimming, walking, horse riding, whale and dolphin watching. Thermal circuit and spa. Jeep safaris. Hang gliding, wind surfing, water biking, paragliding.
Special Notes: A car is not essential but recomended. The bus service is excellent and there is a English spoken taxi company on the area. |
