Environment: It is in the heart of Puerto, near the famous Plaza del Charco, in front of San Francisco church, with all the attraction of the fishing port, the old fish restaurants, the beach & Martianez swimming pools 100 metres from the apartment. Supermarkets, restaurants & shops a few metres away in a touristic but elegant and familiar atmosphere. Excluded: Pets. Local Sports less than 30 Km: Tennis, golf, diving, sports complex, swimming, walking. Special Notes: TV, iron and board, washing-machine. Cleaning service 3 times a week included on the price.
