Luxury Private Villa with Private heated pool (8 m x 3,5 m) and BBQ in sunny south of Tenerife. The property sleeps 6. This villa was inaugurated on February 2006 and it was designed for a relaxing and very private holiday with all the comfort facilities, doubled glazed, like private walled swimming pool area, barbecue, ample veranda with open air dining area, air conditioned, weekly maid service, Satellite TV, DVD player, ect. This villa is furnished to a very high standard; it is not on a complex, all mod cons. Quiet urban setting, 10 mins walking to the nearest shop and restaurant. We highly recommend this property.

Environment: Callao Salvaje is a village situated on the south - west coast of Tenerife, between the bustling resort of Playa de las Americas and the more tranquil resort of Los Gigantes. Callao Salvaje offers a good selection of restaurants, bars, shops, car hire, bank etc, and is only a 20 minute drive away from the airport. The resort is within easy reach of the golf courses, the nearest one being the Costa Adeje, which is just a 5 minute drive away. We recommend on the area the beach at Playa de la Arena, and also the secluded beach at La Caleta. The one near Bahia del Duque hotel is also highly recommended, with all its smart atmosphere, coffee places and luxury shops.
