T-C-10 is situated on the quiet area of Buenavista, the unspoilt area of Tenerife. This area, ideal for walkers and golfers, it’s very known for its fresh fish restaurants. This villa has a few apartments to rent, sharing the swimming-pool and garden. There is a terrace with outdoor furniture ideal to have outdoor breakfasts. Quiet but at walking distance to some local restaurants. Quite close to the new Golf course at Buenavista. The views of the area from Playa de la Arena are just amazing and it´s the ideal place to enjoy the silence. There is a heated training pool near that beach.
