Tenerife South: Lovely two level carefully furnished villa with private pool: 6x4 metres, situated in Playa de las Américas, spacious garden and nice terraces. Sandy beach approx. 150 metres distance. Many restaurants and bars within short walking distance. The Magma Concert and Conventions Centre is only 200 metres away, like the new amazing Aquatic Siam Park. (see more photos below)

Bedrooms: 3 Bedrooms (2 with double bedrooms -one with 160 x 190 bed and another with 180 x 190 bed- + 1 with twin beds of 90 x 190 cm) To access to the third bedroom is necessary to use the main double bedroom (so we recommend that for a family). Bathrooms: 3 en-suite (1 complete bathroom + 2 shower rooms). Lounge - dining room: Ample area with Sat TV, DVD, CD Player. Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge, gas cooker, oven, dish-washer, washing machine, micro-wave and all the necessary kitchenware.

General: 1 balcony with sea view directed to La Gomera Island. Mountain view, including Teide from the garden area. Iron and table. Cot available. Change of sheets: once a week, change of towels: twice a week. Outdoors: Private garden with private pool (child safe fence on request) outdoor furniture, 5 sun-beds. Sleeps: 6 people (4 adults + 2 children recommended). Local Recommended restaurants: Please refer to us. Environment: Central urbanization, within walking distance to the sandy beaches, restaurants and shops. Bus & Taxi stop at 200 metres. Excluded: Pets.
